Media Sunshine
Media Sunshine was founded in September 2005 by Heather Maxwell Chandler, a veteran game producer with credits on over thirty games at Activision, Electronic Arts, and Ubisoft. Along with Creative Director Rafael Chandler, Heather provides consulting services to game developers, publishers and vendors. Media Sunshine offers a combined 16 years of game development experience.

Heather and Rafael have contributed to the development of over a quarter-billion dollars' worth of interactive media, including strategy games, first-person shooters, driving games, sports titles, flight sims, and adventure games. Titles in their resume include Ghost Recon 2, Monster Madness, The Con, and Spy Hunter: Nowhere to Run, Sacred 2: Fallen Angel and Synthulhu. They have produced, designed, localized, or otherwise developed games for the Xbox 360, PS2, Xbox, Gamecube, Nintendo DS, PSP, Game Boy Advance, PC and iPhone.

Heather is the author of The Game Production Handbook and The Game Localization Handbook (which was nominated for the 2005 Game Developer Front Line Awards), and her articles have been published in Secrets of the Game Business and The Project Manager's Desk Reference, 3rd Edition. In 2006, she became the chairperson of the IGDA Production SIG.


David L. Miller
Co-founder and CEO of best-selling software developer Roaring Mouse Entertainment, David Miller has held key management positions with established and emerging growth software, technology, multimedia and entertainment companies. As CEO of Milrose Productions in the mid-80s, Miller produced and distributed educational videotapes for hospitals, schools and the Encyclopedia Britannica. In the early 90's, Miller served as President of the multimedia-pioneering Criterion Collection. During that tenure, Miller worked with Hollywood’s major studios and legendary filmmakers, creating more than 30 award-winning interactive laserdiscs. As an Internet consultant, multimedia producer, business plan writer, screenwriter, and executive and online strategist, Miller has recently worked for the following prestigious companies: Universal New Media, MGM, Hyundai Internet Technologies, Citadel Communications, Networld Exchange (a B2B e-commerce start-up), Northern Lights (screenplay for Ivan Reitman), Disney (screenplay for Goldie Hawn), Fox, Marvel, the American Geographical Society, Compton's NewMedia, New Line Cinema, and Nucleus Interactive. Miller is currently a Mentor for Pepperdine University’s MBA program.

David Miller is also the co-founder of Regenerate, a By Youth—For Youth nonprofit media organization dedicated to saving young lives through youth arts empowerment. Regenerate has been offered a partnership with the Ad Council and Dept. of Transportation to create a Public Service Campaign on Teen Driving Safety and Teen Suicide Prevention with $30 million in donated media. Miller directs, writes and produces on the feature film My Suicide, a dark teen romantic comedy with a youth suicide prevention message that was developed by Regenerate.

Miller graduated from Stanford and Princeton Universities with honors and lives in Westlake Village, California with his wife, a women’s health care nurse practitioner and author, and their two children.
